Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your PowerTryp purchase. If it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. Once we've received and inspected your return, you can choose either a refund or an exchange — whichever suits you best. There's no restocking fee.
